Painted a Door

I do get satisfaction from painting gloss and this week I painted our front door.  I did it in quite a slow time as the weather was grand and there wasn't any rush anyway.  I'd do a bit of painting, have a brew and a sit in the sun and just before the brush dried too hard I'd begin painting again.  And the good thing about gloss is that it requires a long drying time and you have to wait a day to apply a second coat.  This was exactly the kind of DIY job I was looking for.

In the end I was pleased with the result.
