Limeside Festival

I went to the Limeside Festival today. The Eden Network website quotes:

"Limeside is a friendly, down-to-earth community with lots of potential in the south west of Oldham. The area benefits from a wide range of local facilities, including improving schools, and is relatively well connected by public transport to Oldham and Manchester and other destinations as well as being ideally placed close to the M60 motorway.
• Most of the estate is in the worst 2% of deprivation nationally
• Only 28% of children achieve 5 A* - C at GCSE (c.f. national average of 46%).
• 41% of people of working age are on benefits (c.f. national average of 14%).
• During 2005/6 the Limehurst Village Trust recorded 247 cases of alleged Anti Social Behaviour, the majority of these concerning low level nuisance from youths and children."
