I spent more than 3 months in Saudi Arabia and never once was there a panic about running out of water. We live on a small island surrounded by sea (you'll struggle to ever be more than a 100 miles away from it!), the lands are lush and green and we're experiencing a drought. What's going on? Are there a bunch of nutjobs with grudges against the water board who are constantly running their taps, maybe making their very own reservoirs???

I was surprised to find how many clams there are in the water, thousands, and big uns too. They're not having such a good time at the moment though, it's not like they can run away or owt is it?
