Reverse Nostalgia

As well as being a marker for the time of year the sight of a woodland sitting on a bed of a blue haze is utterly lovely. Here’s some facts about bluebells:

· The leaves on a bluebell don’t photosynthesise.
· Over half the world’s population of bluebells are found in the UK.
· It is illegal to intentionally pick a bluebell to rub on your genitals.

I’m sure there are 10 times more bluebells nowadays than there were when I was a kid, that’s reverse nostalgia for you.
