Year 1

Darwin is now Year 1. I think this is the year that I started school but it feels like Darwin has been in school for ever already, which he has kind of.

He likes a girl called Paige and now knows what ‘snogging’ is. His counting and writing is coming on a treat but he does like to be the joker and the centre of attention.

I’m pretty sure that if you changed the name in the above sentence to Michelle the very same could have been said about me at that age.
