Jupiter, Moons and Pimples
Darwin is planet mad at the moment and his learning is quite infectious. I now can name the Dwarf Planets in our solar system and truly understand why Pluto was quite rightly downgraded. (Eris is bigger!) Ceres, Pluto, Haumea, Eris & Makemake if you’re asking! And Haumea isn’t is round planet, it’s oval!
So the other night I got the telescope out to have a look at Jupiter. I was expecting to see a bit more but I could see 4 of its moons. It has at least 67 moons! I photographed it and then messed about with some post processing. When I HDR’d the image it turned the stars into little pimples.
