The Duckling Award

Darwin got awarded his Ducklings Badge at swimming the other day and we both felt immensely proud. I’m not entirely sure what he had to do for it, he can’t swim yet, but he definitely does try and wants to swim. I suppose when he’s on the woggle and ‘swimming’ without me holding him he does kind of resemble a duckling.

Not that he has to do anything for me to feel proud of him anyway. I was proud of him as soon as he learned to breathe without the aid of an umbilical cord.
