Llanberis to Anglesey

Drove down the beautiful Snowdon valley into Llanberis and onto Anglesey today. I'm not having a go or anything but is there anyone in Wales that only speaks Welsh and doesn't speak any other language? I'm pretty sure that they only speak Welsh in the presence of others, TV would be pretty dull if they didn't speak any other language. And is there really any need to have all the signs written in both English and Welsh??? Wrecsam, Wrexham, Come on???
