Graduation Get Together

Fern had her graduation today and afterwards we had a barbeque with all the Baddeleys at our house.

Leah and Shnai came and spent most of the evening riding up and down the hill at speeds frightening to grown ups.  Piggy also got his green bike out, and having been inspired by the girls wanted to ride up and down fast too.  It scared me but he was oblivious.

That week Pete had caught a bass whilst fishing in Anglesey so he barbequed it whole.  Shnai was fascinated with the dead eyes of the fish and was contemplating eating one.  When the adults realised it no-one wanted to deter this action and in a very contrary way began to chant, 'Eat it, eat it, eat it, eat it'.  She did put it in her mouth but chose to eject it before it managed to enter her digestive system.

Pete lost a tooth and took it upon himself to poo into a bucket for the next remaining days to ensure he passed it. If you're concerned he did eventually pass it on the following Monday.
