We'd call it a pier if it was up north but down it Lyme Regis they call it the Cobb. I wandered down some evenings to watch the sun go down, however one downside is that you can't actually see the sun go down due to it's geographical location. But a lot of people congregate here at sunset to either fish for crabs, eat chips or drink alcohol. That doesn't sound like the greatest place to be but it's a lot lovelier than it sounds.
I think Mr Chuchy enjoyed his holiday (apart from the Morris Men!). He is literally only moments away from being able to crawl successfully and he had a large polished wooden floor to practise on. He loved the swimming and he likes birds. He's really developing a little personality now. He saw his first fire and was intrigued and we had to bath him in the sink. He stroked (I say stroked but it was more of a strangle that caused a cat to scream!) a cat and he learned to scream louder than me. He learnt that in a restaurant!
Kerry enjoyed herself too, we both needed it. AND, we might return again this year for one of Kerry's decadal birthdays.
