Friday Night in the Eagle

For some time now Jade has organised a get together of Facebook associates on the first Friday of every month in the Eagle and Child, Leyland. Obviously quite a few folk from school turn up amongst other lovely people from the past, but without exception they are all a truly lovely bunch of people, I feel quite privileged to know such a good crowd.
With the school lot it's about 25 years since I've seen some of them. Some are unmistakable but some I would have never of recognised. Des Drummond was there tonight, at school he was a fat funny scouser, now he's a buff northern printer that looks a little like Michael Elphick. I ought to dig out some old school photos.
