Our Field
It gets more magnificent every year. The trees we planted are getting much bigger with many of them being taller than me now, and the wildlife is plentiful with mice and voles everywhere, much to the satisfaction of the owls and other animals that like rodents, namely Pete's dogs!
The field opposite has loads of species and I make a point of going in on a regular basis to 'borrow' seeds, mainly yellow-rattle, which I'm told is a semi parasitic plant that lives off the roots of grasses.
O! Did I mention that Kerry has her own gardening business now and it's doing very well! (I'm actually several years behind on the blog so god knows what I've written in the past!)
